Easy Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

This Spinach Artichoke dip is cheesy, gooey, melty and delicious- and can be prepped in less than 5 minutes. The perfect appetizer for any party- and the best dip for a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen spinach partially defrosted
  • 1 14 oz can artichokes drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in an 8x8 in glass pan.  Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until top is slightly golden brown. Serve with your favorite crackers.
