I love getting surprises in the mail. Sometimes I don’t even track the packages for things I purchase online just so I can be surprised when they arrive (I know I’m not the only one!). I also LOVE Pura Vida Bracelets (you can read about why here). So when Pura Vida Bracelets introduced the Pura Vida Monthly Club AND asked to send me free trial in exchange for this post, I (enthusiastically!) said yes. I just received my Monthly Club package in the mail, and I love it! Here are the details:
What was in the box I received
The bracelets were in a package with a Pura Vida Bracelets sticker, a photo of the founders, and a beautiful full size thank you note from the company. All of the bracelets go together really nicely, which I was hoping would happen because I love to wear Pura Vida Bracelets stacked on my wrist. I also love that there are several textures with the seed beads and charm on the Evil Eye bracelet, the metal plate on the Crystal Flat Bar Black bracelet, and the classic bracelet of course I already knew that I loved the style. I love that the new bracelets I received pair so nicely with the bracelets that I already own. (My current favorite bracelets are these bitty charm bracelets!)
So here’s what’s really exciting to me. The cost of the Pura Vida Bracelets Monthly Club is $14.95, which is an INCREDIBLE deal. Here’s why: The classic bracelet I received costs $5. The Crystal Flat Bar Black goes for $20, and the Evil Eye Bracelet $26. I received $51 dollars worth of bracelets for $14.95. Granted, there may be months when I am not in love with every single bracelet I receive, but just one of the bracelets in the collection is worth more than the price of the entire month, so I think it is a great deal.
The bottom line
Pura Vida Bracelets is a great company! We know that I love Costa Rica and Costa Ricans, and love to support the happiest country on Earth and the Pura Vida lifestyle any chance that I get. I love that Pura Vida Bracelets was founded by two guys who headed to Costa Rica after college to surf, and came across a local artesian selling bracelets. (Read more about their story here). Each time you support Pura Vida Bracelets, you are purchasing Central America-made product that directly and positively impacts people’s lives. And Pura Vida Bracelets has an amazing charity line of bracelets (causes like breast cancer, autism awareness, and environmental causes) too.
