We all have motherhood survival stories- I haven’t met a mom who didn’t have a hilarious anecdote about a time their kids decided to be boss for the day. These war stories of motherhood are our very own badges of honor, and while they eventually make us laugh, in the tough moments we have to suck it up to get our job done. Which sometimes means heating up a Red Baron frozen pizza with a quick salad instead of making dinner from scratch.  Red Baron has partnered with Walmart for an exciting sweepstakes you can enter for a chance to win almost $5,000 in exciting prizes.

This simple Creamy Italian Salad Dressing Recipe is perfect for busy nights. You can make and a salad in the same amount of time it takes for the pizza to cook, and serve a delicious dinner you love as much as the kids. It’s a great way to save the day by eating at home amid the craziness of motherhood. Check out this hilarious and completely relatable video from Red Baron introducing us to the Baroness- the mom who has seen it all and lived to tell the tale (just like us!)

The video totally reminded me of one of the toughest days I’ve had as a mom- and one that I can say helped me earn a Baroness Patch of my own.  After Little Sister was born, I finally decided to venture out between naps with two littles to get what we needed at Walmart. The baby was 5 weeks and still breastfeeding every two hours, and my toddler was refusing to wear a diaper because, with the addition of the new baby, she was now a “big girl.” Between feedings and potty breaks I had to brave the store to stock up on food (you know, dinner). We rushed through the aisles with my list- trying to beat the clock before we had a potty accident or someone needed to nurse, and we made it! After we got everything rung up, I reached into my purse, only to discover that I had left my wallet at home. I think that I was the one who burst into tears- and then packed up the kid to drive home for potty break, milk break, and to get my wallet before heading back to the store. We definitely could have used a frozen pizza for dinner that night!

Now that my girls are a bit older, I’ve learned to have a few frozen pizzas in the freezer, and some quick healthy side dish options ready at my fingertips.  Here’s our Creamy Italian Salad Dressing recipe- it was super yummy accompanied by the Red Baron Pizzas!
