This quick and easy buffalo chicken wrap recipe is perfect for game day! I absolutely love the tangy and spicy flavor of the homemade buffalo ranch, and it pairs perfectly with Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips and spinach tortillas.

Do you love to watch the big game with friends and family? We do- it’s the perfect excuse to get together with people during the cold winter months.
The time after the holidays and before Spring Break can be tough for me- I feel like it is so dark and cold here in Colorado. Plus, there isn’t a ton to look forward to.
That’s what I love – an excuse to throw a good football party. The star of the party is the game, with the guests in close second. But we all know, no one comes to a party if the food isn’t any good!

I wanted to create a recipe that adults and kids would both like. I also want to serve a dish that I could make ahead, because I really don’t like being in the kitchen when all my favorite people are in the living room.
So that’s how I came up with these buffalo chicken wraps. They are fresh and light and taste equally good hot or cold. And since I love to make extra dip, I figured I’d create a dip that would be perfect as a dressing on the wraps and as a veggie or chip dip.

To keep things simple, I used Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips. I was so surprised at how delicious they are. They are made with all-white meat chicken. I was happy that they were super crispy when I baked them, and even better, no antibiotics ever, no artificial ingredients, and minimally processed.

I added a spinach tortilla to this wrap because I thought it would look super pretty- but I didn’t expect how great the tortilla would taste with the tanginess of the buffalo ranch sauce. To celebrate the game, I bought some cute football flag toothpicks to hold the wraps together. Delicious!

What To Serve With Buffalo Chicken Wraps
For this recipe, I kept it simple and served a veggie tray with a smaller side of the ranch dressing. Then, I put some of the Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken in little popcorn containers for people to munch on too.
But- if you are having a big game day spread, I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you some of our most popular game day recipes too. Consider serving the following:

- Torchy’s Tacos Queso Dip
- Easy Baked Vegetarian Queso Fundido

Where To Buy The Ingredients
I purchased all of my ingredients at my local Target store. Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips and Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken were in the frozen food aisle. You can find your nearest Target store by using the Target store locator here.

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap Recipe
(Printable recipe below.)
Ingredients:
For the wraps:
- 2 bags Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips
- 1 package large spinach tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend, but any will do)
- 10-12 toothpicks
For The Buffalo Ranch Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise (could substitute plain Greek yogurt too)
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning
- 3 TB buffalo wing sauce (more to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips package. While the oven is heating, you can make your buffalo ranch sauce.

In a small or medium bowl (you really don’t need a large bowl), combine the sour cream and mayonnaise.
Next, add the ranch seasoning to make your homemade ranch dressing.

Then, add your hot sauce. Taste test to see how spicy you want the sauce. We like things mild to medium, but if you have someone who loves buffalo sauce, like it hot, double the amount to about 1/4 cup.

Place the dip in the refrigerator to set.

Once the oven is hot, put the Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips on a nonstick baking pan and place them in the oven.

While the chicken strips are cooking you can prepare to assemble the wraps. I placed the shredded lettuce, cheese and the spinach/flour tortillas on a large cutting board. Once ready, I put the cooked chicken in a bowl too.

I laid a tortilla out flat and placed the lettuce on the bottom in a line. Next, I added the cheese- this way when you put the chicken on top, the cheese melts, which is the way I like to eat this wrap. (Some people substitute grilled chicken or blue cheese dressing, but I don’t like the recipe that way!)

Next, I added about 4-5 chicken tenders to each tortilla, and then added a good dollop of the ranch dressing in a line down the side.

I rolled the tortillas up over the ingredients and secured them in three places with three different toothpicks.
I cut the wraps into thirds and placed them on a fun plate with extra buffalo ranch sauce for dipping. Serve hot!

I loved how quick these were to put together – great party food, though I think they would be great in a lunchbox too.
